I feel privileged to listen to others share their life experiences and support them as they navigate hardships. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space to help you achieve your therapeutic goals and improve the quality of your relationships and satisfaction with life. 

My goal is to help you process your experiences, emotions, and relational issues using EFT, Experiential Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and DBT skills. Throughout my education, I have learned many tools and techniques, which I share through psychoeducation to best serve you. 

I have a Masters degree in Advanced Studies in Marriage and Family Therapy from ASU. As an associate, I receive supervision under Dr. Rachel White. I provide services to children/adolescents, individuals, families, and young adult couples.
