ABOUT
DR. RACHEL WHITE
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 15 years of clinical experience, I am passionate about guiding individuals, couples, and families through challenges and growth. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they navigate pain, healing, and empowerment in the therapeutic process.

I integrate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Experiential Therapy, and DBT skills. As the spouse of a retired American soldier, I specialize in working with first responders, military personnel, and their families, offering deep understanding and tailored support.

My expertise extends to acute relationship challenges, including attachment issues, infidelity, boundary concerns, and communication struggles. I also specialize in addressing trauma (childhood, relational, workplace, and public safety), anxiety, work-life balance, and perfectionism.

An active member of the AAMFT and an Approved Supervisor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, I am committed to lifelong learning through advanced certifications in psychology, neurobiology, trauma, and couples therapy.

At Restoration Psychological Services, my mission is twofold: to provide exceptional therapy and to foster the growth of outstanding Marriage and Family Therapists, leaving the field more hopeful and enriched for the next generation.
