ABOUT
HALEY BERGSTROM
Seeking help requires immense courage, and I am privileged to share my education and experiences to instill hope, openness, reflection, and understanding of oneself and their relationships. My practice aims to support individuals, couples, and families facing relational conflict, blended family dynamics, and infidelity. With my background in behavioral health and trauma-informed care, I also work with children with behavioral issues and individuals healing from trauma, utilizing tailored therapeutic approaches. My areas of clinical interest are Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Structural Family Therapy, and Experiential Therapy. I believe in a collaborative and hands-on approach to goal-setting and the overall therapeutic process.
I am currently a student at Arizona State University, pursuing an advanced master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. As an intern, I use my studies to foster resilience, improve communication, and promote emotional well-being and regulation. I receive supervision under Dr. Rachel White and provide services for a reduced fee.
